About this building
ORA by Casa Tua is a planned branded residence tower in Miami’s Brickell district at 1210 Brickell Avenue. Rising over 70 stories, it will pair fully furnished, short-term-ready homes with Casa Tua’s signature dining concepts, sky gardens, pools, wellness facilities and social spaces, creating a vertical community in the heart of the city.
ORA by Casa Tua is a mixed-use high-rise planned for 1210 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s Brickell financial district. Building permit filings describe a 78-story tower of about 1.15 million sq ft with 533 fully furnished condominium residences on floors 12–75, plus office space on lower levels and Casa Tua–branded restaurant areas throughout. The project is developed by Fortune International Group, with Arquitectonica as architect and m2atelier leading interior design.  The tower is conceived as a vertical community combining short-term-rental-ready residences, curated dining, workspaces and wellness. Roughly 25,000 sq ft is planned for Casa Tua concepts including a market, multiple restaurants and rooftop venues, complemented by pools, sky gardens, fitness and spa facilities, social lounges and coworking spaces, all within Brickell’s walkable urban core.
