Interiors feature loft-style finishes with high ceilings (up to ~11 ft), exposed/concrete-industrial touches, Italian cabinetry, premium kitchen appliances and optional modular walls for layout flexibility.  The building will offer a full amenity package: a rooftop pool deck & lounge, fitness and wellness center with spa/steam/arctic “snow-room”, coworking and social areas, event & art-gallery spaces, storage, EV/bike infrastructure, valet/concierge service — all aligned with Wynwood’s creative, design-forward vibe.
