The James Hotel & Residences in Downtown Miami is an 82-story, $850 million mixed-use tower developed by Sonesta International Hotels Corporation with Mint Developers.  The project includes 336 turnkey residences and a hotel component with roughly 200 rooms on site.  Units will be delivered fully furnished, with floor-to-ceiling glass, modern interiors, and skyline/city views.  Building amenities will include resort-style pools, a world-class spa with snow and rain rooms, private cabanas, high-elevation dining/bar venues (including what is described as the highest-elevation luxury bar/restaurant in the Americas), and a private four-story members club for residents and hotel guests.  Opening is estimated for 2028, with sales expected to begin in Q2 2025.
