Season One Brickell is a 22-story pre-construction condo tower at 1200 SW 2nd Ave, Miami (West Brickell), offering 80 fully furnished residences (studios to 3-bedrooms) and designed for both permanent living and short-term rentals. 
Season One Brickell — developed by Habitat Group & BI Group USA and designed by Kobi Karp — is located at 1200 SW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33130.  The project includes 80 residences across 21–22 floors, with layouts ranging from studios to three-bedroom units (approx. 432 to 1,017 ft²).  Residences will be delivered fully finished and furnished (by a recognized design partner), with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, terraces/balconies, and modern finishes.  Building amenities are planned to include a pool deck, fitness center, rooftop bar/lounge, 24-hour security/concierge, EV-charging, and flexible rental approval allowing short-term and long-term stays.
