Aria Reserve is a twin-tower waterfront condo community in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, rising 62 stories on a 5-acre bayfront site along 547 ft of Biscayne Bay shoreline.
Aria Reserve, developed by Melo Group and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Morada Haute Design, consists of two 62-story towers offering between one- and four-bedroom residences (some with dens/offices).  Units feature flow-through layouts, floor-to-ceiling glass, 10 ft ceilings (penthouses up to 12 ft), and deep terraces.  Residents enjoy resort-style amenities across more than two acres, including a semi-Olympic pool, spa/sauna/steam, spa & wellness suites, indoor–outdoor fitness center, yoga lounge, marina and baywalk, waterfront restaurant and café, kids’ splash pad and playground, sports courts, co-working/business lounges, wine cellar, movie theater, valet/concierge, and full-service hospitality offerings.
