Beta tester agreement

This Beta Tester Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to the beta version of the CondoGrid platform ("Beta Services"). By participating as a Beta Tester, you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose of beta access

CondoGrid is releasing an early version of the platform for testing, feedback, and improvement. The Beta Services are not final, may contain bugs or errors, and may not operate consistently or reliably.

The purpose of this beta program is:

• To identify issues
• To gather feedback
• To test real-world usage
• To improve functionality prior to public launch

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Have a valid account
• Use the platform in good faith
• Provide feedback when requested
• Understand that features may change or break

CondoGrid may accept or decline beta users at its discretion.

3. Beta services provided "as is"

You acknowledge that:

• Beta Services may fail unexpectedly
• Some features may not function
• Data may not save correctly
• Layouts and UI may change
• Information may display inaccurately
• Integrations may malfunction
• Bugs, errors, crashes, and downtime are expected

CondoGrid makes no guarantees regarding stability, speed, uptime, or accuracy during beta.

4. No expectation of performance or continuity

You agree that:

• Beta Services may be modified or discontinued at any time
• Your account or access may be suspended without notice
• Features available during beta may not exist in the final release
• Data entered during beta may not be retained

You should not rely on Beta Services for critical business operations.

5. Data loss & system errors

Because beta systems are experimental, you acknowledge the possibility of:

• Corrupted data
• Incorrect analytics
• Missing files
• Incomplete uploads
• Lost messages
• Inaccurate engagement stats
• API failures

CondoGrid is not liable for any data loss or errors occurring during beta.

You agree to maintain your own backups of critical information.

6. Feedback & reporting

As a beta tester, you agree to:

• Report bugs, issues, glitches, or errors
• Provide suggestions and ideas
• Allow CondoGrid to evaluate your usage patterns
• Understand that feedback may or may not be implemented

All feedback becomes the property of CondoGrid.

You grant CondoGrid a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your feedback for:

• Product design
• Marketing
• Feature development
• Process improvement

7. Confidentiality

Unless the beta is publicly announced, you agree to keep confidential:

• Unreleased features
• Platform screenshots or videos
• Bugs or vulnerabilities
• Internal communications
• Product roadmaps

You may not publicly post or disclose anything about the beta without written permission.

8. No compensation

Participation is voluntary. You will not receive compensation, equity, or royalties.

9. Limited license

CondoGrid grants you a temporary, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Beta Services for evaluation only.

You may not:

• Redistribute access
• Share login credentials
• Use beta features commercially if restricted
• Test for competitive analysis purposes
• Benchmark against competitors

CondoGrid may revoke beta access at any time.

10. Term & termination

This Agreement remains in effect until:

• The beta period ends
• The platform exits beta
• CondoGrid terminates your access
• You stop using the Beta Services

Upon termination, all beta features may be removed or disabled.

11. No warranty

Beta Services are provided "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," and without warranty of any kind.

CondoGrid expressly disclaims:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Performance guarantees

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• CondoGrid is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• CondoGrid is not liable for lost business, lost data, or lost revenue
• CondoGrid's maximum liability is $0 for beta access
• You assume all risks associated with using pre-release software

If you do not accept this risk, do not participate.

13. Governing law & arbitration

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida.

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

No jury trial. No class actions.

14. Entire agreement

This Agreement + the CondoGrid Terms & Conditions form the entire understanding for beta participation.
