Villa Miami is a high-end residential skyscraper under development in Edgewater, Miami, by Terra Group and One Thousand Group in partnership with hospitality operator Major Food Group. The tower will rise 55 to 56 stories (around 650 feet) and include about 70 residences — all half-floor or full-floor layouts with 3 to 5 bedrooms and interiors sized between roughly 3,000 and over 6,000 square feet.  Each home features private foyers, 10–11-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and large terraces with panoramic views over Biscayne Bay, downtown Miami and the Atlantic.  Common-area amenities include a waterfront private dock, a rooftop helipad, a dedicated private club managed by Major Food Group, a curated restaurant, spa and wellness facilities, immersive concierge/estate-manager services, and landscaped grounds linking to the future Miami Baywalk promenade.
