Developed by Related Group in partnership with Baccarat, the tower is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis Studio. Rising 75 stories at the junction of the Miami River and Biscayne Bay, it features 324 residences, eight penthouses, and 28 riverfront flats and duplexes. Floor plans span one to four bedrooms and include deep terraces, high ceilings, modern kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling glass to maximize water and skyline views. Amenities include a private marina, waterfront promenade, a 12th-floor pool deck with heated saline pool, spa and wellness facilities, fitness center, club lounge, concierge and valet services, and a signature waterfront restaurant. Positioned in the heart of Brickell, the project combines branded luxury with direct waterfront access. Completion is anticipated for 2028.
