Apogee West Palm Beach is a planned luxury condominium by Related Group at 4906 North Flagler Drive in the Northwood area of West Palm Beach. The project is planned as a 21-story building with 39 residences on a 1.45-acre site on the Intracoastal, north of Currie Park. West Palm Beach approved a revised, smaller design in 2025 after the planning board rejected an earlier, taller proposal. A commercial demolition permit for the site was issued in the week of October 14 to 20, 2026. A sales launch, pricing, construction start and delivery date have not been announced.
