The building rises approximately 27–28 stories, offering between 138 and 144 total residences ranging from about 1,500 to 3,300 square feet with 2- to 4-bedroom configurations.  Each unit features open-concept layouts, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, private balconies with water or skyline views, and design by Arquitectonica with interior styling from Rockwell Group.  Residents will benefit from full-service amenities typical of the Ritz-Carlton brand: 24-hour valet and concierge, a resort-style pool and spa deck, landscaped outdoor lounges, fitness and wellness facilities, building security, and concierge-level services.  ongoing construction is expected to deliver the project around 2027–2028.
