The Berkeley

The Berkeley West Palm Beach is a waterfront condominium development on a nearly 2-acre site along Clear Lake in downtown West Palm Beach.  The tower comprises 193 units across 25–26 floors, with residences ranging from 2-bedroom up to 5-bedroom layouts (some including a flex space).  All units feature floor-to-ceiling windows, large east- and west-facing balconies for sunrise and sunset views, and open flow-through layouts.  Building amenities include a full suite: a family-style pool deck, rooftop adult pool and sky lounge, spa and wellness center, fitness facility, yoga and game lawns, social lounges, kids/teen rooms, pet-friendly features (dog run, grooming), coworking/meeting spaces, valet/concierge service, and private parking.  The project is developed by Al Adelson (Australian Property Group) with architecture by Arquitectonica, and completion is projected for 2027.
