ONE Sotheby’s to Lead Sales for Anantara Miami Resort & Residences

Planned for Edgewater at 3601 Biscayne Boulevard, the approximately 650-foot tower will combine private residences, resort residences, and hotel accommodations within a single luxury destination. The development is being designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), with ODP Architecture & Design serving as architect of record. Internationally acclaimed designer Patricia Urquiola will lead the interiors, marking her first residential project in the U.S.

The project reflects the continued momentum of Miami’s branded residential market, where hospitality-driven developments continue to attract both domestic and international buyers. Inspired by Anantara’s Thai heritage, the amenity program will emphasize wellness, longevity, personalized service, and resort-style living while offering panoramic views over Biscayne Bay from one of Edgewater’s tallest residential towers.

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty will oversee sales through its global luxury network as the development moves toward its official sales launch. Developed by the team behind landmark projects including One Thousand Museum and Villa Miami, Anantara Miami Resort & Residences is expected to deliver in 2030, adding another internationally recognized hospitality brand to Miami’s rapidly expanding luxury condominium landscape.
