Anantara Miami Resort & Residences

Anantara Miami Resort & Residences is a 50-story, 650-foot branded residential and hospitality tower planned at 3601 Biscayne Boulevard by One Thousand Group in partnership with Minor Hotels. Replacing the former Tower 36 concept, the project marks the first Anantara-branded development in the United States and introduces a wellness-driven condo-hotel concept to Miami’s Edgewater corridor. The tower will include 100 private branded residences, 120 resort residences, and 50 boutique hotel suites, with the hotel occupying the first three floors. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with ODP Architecture & Design and interiors by Patricia Urquiola, the project emphasizes longevity, hospitality, and flexible ownership. Amenities include a vitality center, Thai-inspired wellness programming, pool terrace, rooftop helipad, and hotel-level services. Public sales are expected later in 2026, with delivery targeted for 2030.
