Edge House Adds Private Office Suites for Condo Buyers

Edgewater’s Edge House Miami is pushing the home-office idea out of the unit and into a dedicated floorplate. Developer Grupo T&C has opened a limited collection of 100 private office suites, available only to buyers of select two- and three-bedroom residences priced from $1.2 million at the 57-story tower rising at 1825–1837 NE 4th Avenue.

New renderings show roughly 100-square-foot lockable offices delivered turnkey: glass entry, desk and chair, Wi-Fi, and TV pre-wiring. The suites sit inside a broader business amenity stack with conference rooms, reception, coworking areas, a podcast studio, and an on-site café and bakery, so owners get a workspace that is separate from the residence rather than another desk in the living room.

The pitch tracks how hybrid work is reshaping condo demand. A 2026 Homes.com survey cited by the developer found that 74% of new-construction buyers want a home office, nearly half want a second workspace, and 64% work remotely at least one day a week. Edge House also folds the offices into its EdgeFlex ownership model, allowing owners to offer the residence and the associated office separately or together under applicable restrictions.

Architecture is by Kobi Karp with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio. The tower is planned for 608 fully furnished homes, from studios through three bedrooms, many with lockout layouts aimed at flexible personal use and short-term rental. Amenities already include a resort-style pool deck, wellness and fitness, coworking, a putting green, a kids’ playground, and owners’ lounges.

Residences open in the $550,000s; office-eligible two- and three-bedrooms start at $1.2 million. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is exclusive sales and marketing, with completion targeted for the fourth quarter of 2028. Vertical construction is underway after the foundation phase earlier this year.
