Edge House Miami is a 57-story residential tower located at 1837 NE 4th Avenue in the Edgewater district. Developed by Grupo T&C, the project features architecture by Kobi Karp Architecture and interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio. The building will include 608 fully finished residences in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations ranging from roughly 410 to 1,242 sq ft, each with floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces and contemporary turnkey finishes. Amenities span multiple levels and include two resort-style pools, a fitness center, spa and wellness areas, yoga spaces, coworking and meeting rooms, indoor and outdoor lounges, landscaped gardens and terraces, children’s areas, and 24-hour concierge and valet services. Situated in Edgewater, the property offers quick access to Biscayne Bay, Downtown Miami, Wynwood, the Design District and major transit corridors. Completion is anticipated for 2028.
