The 650-foot tower will feature just 70 half- and full-floor residences, offering expansive layouts and unobstructed bay views. Architecture is led by ODP Architects, while acclaimed designer Vicky Charles of Charles & Co. oversees the interiors. Villa Miami also represents Major Food Group’s first branded residential project, bringing the hospitality company’s signature approach to dining and service into a luxury residential setting.

Resident amenities are centered around The Copper Club, a three-level private club featuring dining spaces, lounges, wellness facilities, a screening room, salon, and a rooftop helipad. A waterfront restaurant operated by Major Food Group will also anchor the ground floor, providing residents with preferred access and exclusive hospitality experiences that extend the brand beyond its acclaimed restaurant portfolio.

The project reflects Edgewater’s continued emergence as one of Miami’s premier luxury residential markets. With its proximity to the Design District, Wynwood, Midtown, and Downtown, the neighborhood has become increasingly attractive to affluent domestic and international buyers seeking waterfront living outside of Brickell and Miami Beach. According to the development team, Villa Miami has already drawn interest from executives, entrepreneurs, professional athletes, and international purchasers, reinforcing the growing appeal of branded ultra-luxury residences across South Florida.
