One Brickell Riverfront Reaches Full Height as Twin Residential Towers Transform Miami’s Skyline

One Brickell Riverfront has reached a significant construction milestone with the installation of the architectural crowns atop its two residential towers, bringing both buildings to their full design height. Developed by Newgard Group and Two Roads Development, the project features the 44-story LOFTY Brickell and the 46-story The Standard Residences, Brickell, two towers that are rapidly becoming prominent additions to the Miami River and Brickell skyline.  

Designed by Arquitectonica, the mixed-use development will deliver a combined 784 residences across both towers. LOFTY Brickell will offer 362 fully furnished residences and penthouses with interiors by INC Architecture & Design, while The Standard Residences, Brickell will feature 422 fully furnished homes designed by GOODRICH. The project occupies one of the last major undeveloped riverfront sites adjacent to Brickell City Centre, reinforcing the area’s continued evolution as one of Miami’s most active residential corridors.  

Each tower is designed with its own identity and amenity program. LOFTY Brickell includes approximately 40,000 square feet of amenities, including a private marina, resort-style pool deck, spa, fitness center, coworking spaces, and AVRA Estiatorio’s waterfront restaurant. The Standard Residences will feature a rooftop pool, The Standard Club Lounge & Café, wellness facilities with hammam, saunas and cold plunge, bowling alley, pet spa, screening room, and additional hospitality-inspired amenities. Construction remains ahead of schedule, with completion expected in August 2027.
