Since closings began, the development has completed approximately 120 transactions within its first two months of operation, reflecting sustained interest in hospitality-oriented residential products that allow owners to generate rental income while maintaining personal access to their units. The project was financed by Forman Capital, with sales exclusively represented by Cervera Real Estate.
The property operates through North Management, the developer’s in-house hospitality platform, which oversees guest services, maintenance, and rental operations. Owners can manage reservations and place their residences into the building’s rental program through the Domus mobile app. Amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center, steam room, coworking spaces, landscaped gathering areas, and a 4,200-square-foot lobby featuring Ludlow Coffee Supply and Ludlow Bar. The successful loan repayment comes as North Development advances Domus Brickell Center, its second project under the Domus brand, which is already more than 50% sold and progressing ahead of schedule.
