Meliá Residences Miami Reaches Construction Milestone in Brickell

Construction has reached its highest point at Meliá Residences Miami, marking a major milestone for the first branded residential project in North America from Meliá Hotels & Resorts. Developed by Urban Network Capital Group in partnership with Meliá Hotels & Resorts and Concepto Capital Group, the eight-story project is rising at 1120 SW 3rd Avenue on the western edge of Brickell and is scheduled for completion in 2027.  

The boutique development will feature 110 fully furnished turnkey residences that combine private ownership with hotel-inspired services. Interior design and amenity spaces have been created by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, while Concepto Taller de Arquitectura designed the residences. The design emphasizes Mediterranean influences through natural materials, warm textures, and contemporary finishes that reflect the hospitality brand’s international identity.  

Residents will have access to a collection of wellness-oriented amenities including resort-style pools, fitness facilities, social lounges, coworking spaces, landscaped outdoor areas, and concierge services. Owners will also have the option to participate in a professionally managed hotel program, offering additional flexibility for investors seeking hospitality-driven ownership opportunities in Miami’s urban core. The project is backed by a $30 million construction loan arranged by Concord Summit Capital.  

The topping-off reflects continued momentum within Miami’s branded residential sector, where internationally recognized hospitality companies are expanding beyond traditional hotels into luxury homeownership. As Brickell continues to attract both domestic and international buyers, developments that combine premium residential design with full-service hospitality are becoming an increasingly important segment of the city’s evolving real estate market.
