Ciprés and Rilea Group Top Off The Rider Residences in Wynwood
Wynwood’s boutique condo pipeline just hit a structural milestone. Ciprés, working with Rilea Group, has topped off The Rider Residences at 94 NE 29th Street — the point where the last slab is poured and the tower turns to facade and interiors — with completion targeted for the second half of 2027. Beauchamp Construction is general contractor.
The 12-story building will deliver 152 fully furnished studios through three-bedrooms and penthouses, with select dens, sized from about 386 to 1,612 square feet and priced from $550,000 to $2.4 million. Spec includes Bertazzoni appliances, Italkraft cabinetry, Cosentino Dekton counters and smart-home systems; Restoration Hardware packages are available on select upper homes. Architecture is by Deforma Studio, with interiors by RADYCA.
Amenities lean lifestyle-forward: rooftop pool and lounge, fitness and wellness spaces with cold plunges, infrared saunas and a Turkish hammam, plus The Leopard Room speakeasy on the ground floor. Owners also get access to a private South of Fifth beach club, motorcycle and bike programs, and roughly 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and rooftop F&B. The project allows short-term rentals with optional management through The Rider Living; Cervera Real Estate leads sales.
Sales are past 50 percent, with demand reported from Europe, South America, California and New York. Banco Inbursa provided a $90 million construction loan in 2025. On the same block, Rilea plans to start Mohawk at Wynwood — a 12-story, 300-unit multifamily with retail — signaling a longer-term land play rather than a one-off condo flip.
