$45.5 Million Penthouse Sets New Benchmark for Downtown Tampa Luxury

Luxury inventory in downtown Tampa continues to reach new heights with the release of Penthouse South at Pendry Residences Tampa. Priced at $45.5 million, the two-level residence crowns the 38-story waterfront tower currently under construction along the Hillsborough River and represents one of only two penthouses within the development.

The mixed-use project will include 200 branded residences above a 220-room Pendry hotel, offering homeowners access to hotel services, a private owners’ lounge, rooftop pool, Spa Pendry, multiple dining venues, and concierge-style hospitality managed by Montage Hotels & Resorts.
