Palm Tree Residences Brings Music-Driven Branded Living to Downtown Miami

PMG, in partnership with Lion Development Group, Eden Residential, Sterling Equities, and Palm Tree Crew, has unveiled Palm Tree Residences Miami, marking the debut of the lifestyle brand’s first residential project. Located in Downtown Miami, the development blends hospitality, entertainment, and luxury residential living, reflecting the continued evolution of branded real estate beyond traditional hotel operators and fashion labels.  

The project will feature 483 fully furnished and fully finished residences, offering floor plans ranging from junior suites to three-bedroom homes. Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, each residence will include Italian cabinetry by Italkraft, integrated Miele appliances, custom bathrooms, built-out closets, smart home technology, and contemporary finishes. Sales, represented exclusively by PMG Residential, are scheduled to begin ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
