NoBe PARC Brings Flexible Luxury Living to Miami Beach’s North Beach

A new residential development is set to expand North Beach’s growing pipeline of luxury projects with the launch of NoBe PARC Miami Beach. Developed by Robert Finvarb Companies, the 15-story tower will introduce 232 fully furnished residences at 7140 Abbott Avenue, offering buyers the flexibility to occupy their home year-round, use it seasonally, or generate income through short-term rentals in one of Miami Beach’s approved rental zones.  

Designed by Arquitectonica, with The Architects Group serving as architect of record, the project features residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts spanning approximately 375 to 849 square feet. Interiors by V Starr, complemented by furnishings from Crate & Barrel, will be delivered move-in ready and include Italian-inspired cabinetry, quartz countertops, premium appliances, private terraces, and in-unit laundry. Pricing starts around $570,000 and reaches approximately $2 million.  

The amenity program reflects the hospitality-driven nature of the development, with a resort-style pool, integrated spa, sauna, steam room, treatment rooms, outdoor cold plunge, coworking spaces, social lounges, children’s play areas, and rooftop wellness and entertainment spaces overlooking Miami Beach. Sales are being handled by OneWorld Properties, with completion anticipated in late 2028.  

NoBe PARC arrives as North Beach continues to attract new investment following years of limited development activity.
