The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Miami South Tower

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami — developed by Swire Properties in partnership with Mandarin Oriental — consists of two architecturally significant towers on Brickell Key’s southern tip.  The taller tower houses approximately 220–228 private residences (two- to five-bedrooms), including duplex penthouses, while the adjacent tower serves as the new Mandarin Oriental Miami hotel, hotel-residences and a limited collection of private homes.  Residences will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, large terraces or private pools on penthouses, and high-end finishes with interiors by renowned designers.  The development sits on a multi-acre waterfront site and offers more than 100,000 sq ft of shared amenities and landscaping — including resort-style pools, spa and wellness facilities, fine dining venues, private cabanas, work lounges, concierge/valet services, and direct access to bay, ocean, and skyline views.  Estimated completion is around 2030.
