Mercedes Benz Places

Mercedes-Benz Places, developed by JDS Development Group in partnership with Mercedes‑Benz, is a branded residential project in Brickell designed by SHoP Architects (with ODP as architect-of-record), interiors by Woods Bagot and landscaping by Field Operations. It counts 65+ stories and includes 390 residences — studios to three-bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces.  The project embeds 130,000+ sq ft of shared amenity, hospitality, wellness and social spaces, including rooftop pool and lounge, spa/wellness facilities, multi-restaurant dining, coworking/business areas, leisure & sports courts, and landscaped public park spaces (park being also a major open-space component).  The development is positioned as a holistic living ecosystem — combining residences, hotel/amenities, offices and a new public-green-space, redefining urban living in Brickell once completed around 2027–2028.
