The Perigon Miami Beach, developed by Mast Capital and Starwood Capital with architecture by OMA (founded by Rem Koolhaas) and interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners, is located at 5333 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140.  The building offers 82–83 signature residences (plus a small number of guest suites), each featuring private elevator access, 10-foot (upper floors 10’6”) ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive terraces designed to maximize ocean and bay views.  Residences range from two- to four-bedroom layouts (approx. 2,100–6,700 sq ft), with custom Italian kitchens (honed marble, Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances), spa-style bathrooms, and luxurious finishes.  The Perigon provides a full suite of resort-style amenities and services: direct private beach access on ~200 ft of shoreline, beachfront pool and spa, oceanfront restaurant and speakeasy, breakfast conservatory, cocktail lounge, wellness spa, fitness center with ocean views, cinema, wine room, children’s playroom, guest suites, 24-hour security/valet, concierge and butler services, house car, and extensive lifestyle-management services.  Expected completion is around 2026-2027.
