Developed by Constellation Group and The Boschetti Group with architecture by Arquitectonica, the project includes 95 residences in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from roughly 430 to 1,171 sq ft. Homes feature modern layouts, private balconies and coastal-inspired design elements. Amenities include a rooftop pool with sun deck, cold plunge, sauna, fitness center, pickleball and paddle court, yoga and wellness terraces, coworking lounge, outdoor dining and summer kitchen areas, an observation deck and beach access. The building also provides secure entry, parking and management services. Positioned in Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood, Ella offers close access to the ocean, parks, local dining and nearby areas such as Surfside and Bal Harbour. Completion is anticipated for 2026–2027.
