The Avenue is a condominium on a 4.3-acre site along Fifth Avenue South in downtown Naples, between 5th and 6th Avenues South and 9th and 11th Streets. Developed by APREA and JSB Capital Group, it has 50 residences in four three-story buildings, with two to four bedrooms, 10- to 11-foot ceilings, expansive terraces and nine-foot sliding glass doors. Amenities include a pool deck, concierge and 24/7 doorman, and the project has 326 parking spaces for valet and self-parking. It also includes more than 75,000 square feet of retail, dining and wellness space with landscaped promenades. MHK Architecture designed phase one and Morris Adjmi Architects phase two; DeAngelis Diamond is the general contractor. Groundbreaking was January 22, 2026. Sales are handled by the Dawn McKenna Group of Coldwell Banker Realty.
