3300 Gulf Shore is a luxury waterfront residential community located along Gulf Shore Boulevard in Naples. The project offers a refined coastal lifestyle framed by bay and Gulf views, direct water access, and thoughtfully designed indoor-outdoor living spaces. Developed by Kolter Urban, the community features 51 private residences oriented toward bayfront and Gulf-facing vistas. Architecture is by MHK Architecture, with interior finishes and amenity design by CID Design. Residences are designed with open layouts and expansive terraces that extend living spaces toward the water, emphasizing natural light and coastal views. Amenities are curated to support a full-service waterfront lifestyle and include a private marina with 16 boat slips, providing convenient access to the Gulf. Located in one of Naples’ most established waterfront corridors, the project offers proximity to beaches, boating, dining, and shopping while maintaining a private residential atmosphere.
