Developed by Related Group in partnership with Tate Capital and Rok Acquisitions, The St. Regis Bahia Mar transforms the former Bahia Mar marina on 801 Seabreeze Blvd into a luxury branded waterfront community. Architecture is by Arquitectonica with interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners. The project features two residential towers, each 23 stories, delivering 160 residences total.
