Pagani Residences Miami, developed by Riviera Horizons with architecture by Revuelta Architecture International and interior curation by Pagani Arte, comprises 70 all-corner homes within a 28–30 story tower in North Bay Village at 7940 West Drive.  Residences range from approximately 2,000 sq ft to over 3,000 sq ft, with expansive terraces (~800–1,040 sq ft) and layouts of 2–4 bedrooms.  Interiors feature Italian-designed kitchens, luxury finishes inspired by Pagani’s automotive craftsmanship, and ensuite elevators for select units.
