Continuum Club & Residences is a 32-story development at 1755 79th Street Causeway in North Bay Village. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Durukan Design and landscape by Martha Schwartz Partners, the project features 198 residences in one- to four-bedroom layouts and penthouses, ranging from roughly 850 to 4,000 sq ft. Homes include contemporary finishes, expansive glazing and private terraces oriented to waterfront and skyline views. Amenities span more than 60,000 sq ft and include a waterfront pool deck with cabanas, a spa and wellness center, fitness and yoga studios, indoor sports space, watersports launch dock, landscaped outdoor areas, lounges, entertainment rooms and on-site dining spaces. Additional conveniences include valet, concierge, a staffed lobby and access to a private marina. Located in North Bay Village, the development offers direct bayfront living with access to beaches, dining, parks and major Miami corridors. Completion is anticipated for 2027.
