Riva Residenze

Riva Residenze in Fort Lauderdale is a 20-story residential tower developed by WellDuō, Vertical Developments and GCF Development in collaboration with the Italian yacht brand Riva. The building will include 36 residences — three- to six-bedroom homes and two full-floor penthouses — with interiors designed by Arquitectonica and luxury finishes curated by yacht-interior designer Giuseppina Arena. Units feature private-elevator foyers, 10- to 14-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and large terraces. The project offers full waterfront living with a private marina (slips for yachts up to 65 ft), and more than 20,000 sq ft of amenities across multiple floors — including a fitness center, spa, sauna and steam room, lap pool, rooftop “sky deck” pool and lounge, wellness and hospitality services, and yacht-inspired communal spaces. Estimated delivery is 2028.
