Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando is a branded hotel and condominium development offering private ownership in a purpose-built, family-oriented resort setting. The project combines hospitality operations with branded residential ownership, a structure not commonly available in the Orlando market. The development will include a total of 395 units, consisting of 211 hotel rooms and 184 condominium residences. Condo layouts include studios, one-bedroom residences with a dedicated kids’ den, and two-bedroom lockoff configurations. Residences are designed with functional vacation living in mind and include kitchenettes, in-unit washer and dryer, and access to all hotel amenities. Owners benefit from full access to resort amenities, including a kids’ club, multiple on-site restaurants, cafés, retail spaces, and Nickelodeon-themed experiences such as character interactions and branded activities. The project is operated and maintained through a hospitality management partnership, with branding and licensing supported by Paramount and Viacom. Located in the Orlando area, the project is designed for short-term rental and vacation use with no rental restrictions. Estimated delivery is Q2/Q3 2026.
