Miami Design Residences

Miami Design Residences is a 25–26 story luxury condominium tower located at 39 NE 39th Street in Miami’s Design District. The project will include 143 residences ranging from approximately 900 to 2,975 square feet, with pricing starting around $1.1M–$1.4M.  The development is designed by Pritzker Prize-winning firm David Chipperfield Architects and developed by a joint venture including Fort Partners, Raycliff Capital, Miami Design District Associates, and Constellation Hotels.  The project integrates a residential tower with an adjacent Fouquet’s hotel (85 keys), operated by Groupe Barrière, offering residents access to hotel-style services, dining concepts, and lifestyle amenities.  Interiors are designed by Paris-based RDAI, with landscape architecture by Wirtz International. The project emphasizes a minimalist European design language, large terraces, and a lifestyle centered around culture, hospitality, and design.  Estimated delivery is around 2030.
