Kempinski Residences Miami Design District is a premier branded luxury residential development located at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s Design District. Developed by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners and operated by the Kempinski Group, the project represents Kempinski’s first branded residential offering in the United States. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Rockwell Group and landscape architecture by ENEA, the two-tower development will feature approximately 132 expansive residences, along with private townhomes and exclusive guest suites reserved for residents. Homes range from two to four bedrooms with interior sizes from approximately 2,100 to 3,100 square feet and expansive outdoor terraces.
