72 Carlyle rises 20 stories at 600 72nd Street, Miami Beach. Developed by Lefferts with design by Piero Lissoni (interiors + architecture), the building delivers 134 luxury residences ranging from one- to three-bedrooms. Homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows, 10-ft ceilings, private terraces, and in many cases panoramic views of the ocean, Intracoastal, or nearby parks. Shared amenities span over 45,000 ft² and include a resort-style pool with cabanas, landscaped padel courts, a spa and wellness center with sauna and steam rooms, a fully equipped fitness center, yoga/Pilates studios, co-working lounges, social rooms and lounges, children’s playroom, and sky-terrace lounge. Full-service concierge, valet, and smart-building features round out the offering. Completion is projected for 2028.
