1250 West Avenue is a redevelopment project in Miami Beach by a joint venture including Terra Group and JDS Development Group. The existing building will be demolished, and a new ~330-foot-tall tower constructed with a maximum of 125 condominium units and ground-floor commercial/retail space.  The project aims to include bay and city views, public-realm upgrades such as a baywalk, and enhanced waterfront access for residents.
