Developed by Terra Group and GFO Investments, the building features architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by Gabellini Sheppard. It anchors a major redevelopment of the South Beach gateway, integrating a three-acre public park and a landmark pedestrian bridge connecting residents to nearby cultural, retail and waterfront areas. The tower offers luxury residences with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Residents enjoy access to a private club along with a comprehensive suite of indoor and outdoor amenities, including wellness, social and leisure spaces.
