Miami’s First Nobu-Branded Residences Unveils Wellness-Focused Luxury at 619 Brickell
A new chapter in Miami’s branded residential market is taking shape with the unveiling of Nobu Residences Miami, the city’s first-ever residential development carrying the globally recognized Nobu name. Rising at 619 Brickell along Biscayne Bay, the 75-story tower will deliver 296 luxury residences while introducing a lifestyle centered on hospitality, wellness, and longevity. The project is being developed by 13th Floor Investments and Key International, with architecture by Foster + Partners.
The tower’s design features five sculpted, twisting volumes oriented to maximize water views throughout the building. Residences will range from one- to four-bedroom floor plans, in addition to sky villas and penthouses, with pricing expected to begin around $3 million and reach approximately $60 million for the most exclusive homes. Floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive wraparound terraces, and minimalist interiors emphasize seamless indoor-outdoor living overlooking Biscayne Bay.
A defining feature of the project is its $25 million Nobu Wellness & Longevity Spa, reflecting the growing emphasis on health-focused luxury real estate. Residents will have access to advanced wellness offerings including cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV and peptide treatments, ozone therapy, and dedicated recovery facilities. The amenity collection spans more than 90,000 square feet and also includes multiple resort-style pools, padel courts, sports simulators, and wellness gardens. Hospitality remains central to the experience through a private residents-only Nobu restaurant, exclusive café and bar, in-residence dining, and private chef services managed by Nobu Hospitality.
The launch underscores the continued evolution of Miami’s branded residential sector, where developers are moving beyond traditional luxury amenities to create lifestyle-driven communities built around globally recognized brands. As demand for wellness-oriented living continues to rise among affluent buyers, projects like Nobu Residences demonstrate how hospitality, architecture, and preventative health are becoming increasingly integrated into South Florida’s next generation of luxury developments.
