Interiors are designed by Urban Robot, with optional furniture packages starting at approximately $20,000 and available upgrade packages for closets, kitchens, bathrooms, and linen finishes. Amenities are positioned on the 6th floor and rooftop, complemented by five elevators and valet service. Parking includes valet as standard, with optional unassigned spaces starting around $45,000 and deeded spaces around $75,000. The current deposit structure totals 40 percent prior to closing, with plans to adjust to 35 percent. Estimated HOA is approximately $1.50 per square foot.
